Submissions are not yet open. The following principles describe the approved direction and will be expanded into versioned instructions before launch.
- Original and accountable work. Authors must meet authorship criteria and disclose contributions, conflicts, funding and relevant use of AI tools.
- Methods and evidence. Claims should be supported by appropriate methods, ethical oversight and reproducibility materials where lawful and safe.
- Double-anonymous preparation. Manuscripts and file metadata must not reveal author identity during anonymous review.
- Research integrity. Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, manipulated citation and undisclosed duplicate publication are prohibited.
Do not submit yet. The submission portal will open only after governance, policies, editorial appointments and technical validation are complete.
